Fish is good for you!

Japanese who live in fishing villages have healthier hearts than those in farming villages, even when having high blood pressure.

The fishing villagers have higher levels of fish oil in their blood, and smaller hearts and less plaque buildup in the arteries feeding the brain (carotid).

I eat fish almost every day, usually canned wild salmon or sardines.  I get them packed in water, without added salt, given my past history of high blood pressure.
