Can’t resist late-night cravings? Here’s one thing that can help!

I eat the same breakfast every morning – oatmeal with cinnamon, cacao, skim milk, protein powder (2 scoops), and dried fruit.

We’ve know that breakfast eaters weigh less.  And eating calories earlier in the day can aide weight loss.  Breakfast eaters (high protein breakfast) have fewer late-night cravings!

People who skip breakfast as an exercise in “willpower” have none left and the end of the evening and end up raiding the fridge.

So, eat breakfast!  My oatmeal concoction is one approach.  But eggs (a couple of hard-boiled eggs made the night before helps you get out the door real fast!), Greek yogurt (avoid with the fruit at the bottom = sugar), etc first thing in the morning is the ticket!
