As if you didn’t know this!?!?
In an operating room: high stress… you never know when you’re going to eat… and when you do get 10 min to scarf something down, this is what you find in the lounge!Bad food at work

A recent study shows that people with high-stress jobs (particularly when they have little control over their environment) were more likely to be obese. But here’s the catch – the less people with the stressful jobs exercised and the more they watched TV, the heavier they were!

Now, TV and “chillin'”  may be relaxing after a tough day, but taking a walk can be relaxing too – and much better for ones’ health!

And too much TV watching is associated with an early death!
