Work those triceps, go sleeveless!

It’s almost time, fingers crossed for those of us in the Midwest, to rock spring/summer gear. So time to work on the triceps! I do triceps exercises using Bodylastics Resistance Bands (see video above). Doing it this way, with the bands, reduces the stress on my neck (had 2 neck surgeries that limit the type of exercises I can do); and is also very practical as I can strength train anywhere (they’re easy to carry and assemble), anytime.
