Which change that might help you lose weight would be HARDEST for you to implement?

We posted this question on Facebook…. Drum roll….

  • Get 7 or more hours of sleep consistently?  59%
  • Walk 30 min four times a week?  18%
  • Stop drinking soda (regular and diet)? 14%
  • Stop eating chocolate? 9%

Unfortunately, as we’ve mentioned many times, lack of sleep is consistently associated with weight gain.
