What’s your excuse?

I just finished 3.8 mile walk along Chicago lakefront.  I track using the Walkmeter iphone  app.

I saw parents jogging behing baby carriages; 80+ year olds out walking; “thick” ladies walking; cyclists; roller bladers; and people swimming in the lake.  I even saw a man with a “Blind Runner” T-shirt jogging guided by a companion!
