Only 2 green beans!  Swimming in fat!  I think the plate should be 1/2 green beans.  Sweet potatoes are better than white potatoes because they don’t raise blood sugar as rapidly (sweet potatoes have a lower glycemic index).

Fiber promotes weight loss and getting full without so many calories.

So How Does Fiber Work, Anyway?

Basically, it’s the part of plant foods — vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, legumes, and seeds — that your body can’t digest.
