The salads don’t have enough veggie to satisfy; the add-ons are full of fat. The salad above which provides only 230 cal – that’s not much of a 1200 – 2000 cal/d diet. But it’s 35% fat, a lot of it saturated.
I try very hard not to eat fast food. It’s designed to addict. If I have to, I eat a turkey sandwich at Subway, with lots of veggie toppings and mustard. BTW, many “mustards” in fast food restaurants, especially in the South, I’ve found to be mustard-flavored mayonnaise.
