What will you remove to make space for lifestyle change?

Weight loss requires lifestyle changes.  Freeing up time for sleeping, grocery shopping, cooking, exercise.  Arranging time to eat earlier in the day.  People who do not “have time” to do these things will have great difficulty losing weight.

What might we give up?:

  • Television?
