WEIGHT TRAINING IN OLDER WOMEN

Want “an enhanced ability to make decisions, resolve conflicts and focus on subjects without being distracted by competing stimuli”? Well, at least in older women, weight training does this!

I love doing leg presses (like this lady is doing in the pic)!  With stronger legs, I can kneel down to floor and get back up much easier, without straining my twice-operated neck.  I feel mentally sharper, too, and doing weights gives a great feeling of accomplishment.
