We keep getting bigger :-(

This color-coded map from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) shows two things:

  1. Obesity is most common in the Southeast US
  2. Obesity continues to increase over the years

The more your friends and family are obese, the more likely you are to be, yet not realize it.

Try looking at some old family photos from the 50’s or 60’s and notice how much thinner people were then!
