WE CAN DO BETTER!

The American Journal of Hypertension published a study looking at health habits of adults with high blood pressure.

They looked at data in 2003 and 2007.  There were essentially no changes in these habits over the four years:

  • Eating ≥5 servings of fruits and vegetables = 24.4%
  • Meeting a recommended physical activity level = 40.3%

We can do better!
