Warm Spinach Salad with Cannellini Beans and Shrimp

This recipe from Food & Wine should been modified to remove the salt and bacon.  Ideally the spinach would be doubled, the olive oil cut WAY down to 1-2 teaspoons, and 8 oz shrimp used per serving to make it a meal for one person.
