TRAVELING HEALTHY

I don’t agree with all of this, but obviously, he’s been successful despite tons of travel. Terrible food choices, sleep disturbances, jet lag, and stress make travel difficult. I pack my breakfast with me and have had the same breakfast 99% of mornings. I bring food with me to eat on the plane.

Breakfast = 2/3 cups oatmeal; 2 scoops protein powder; 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder; 1 tablespoon cinnamon; 3 tablespoons powdered skim milk; my bowl and spoon; add hot water
