Tip #3: Record everything you eat for a week – cellphone camera makes it easy

I did calorie counts for the first 6 months of my weight loss.  Very useful, but hard work.

Just snapping a photo of EVERYTHING (yes, those few chips; that cookie) might enable you to guestimate your daily calorie intake at the end of the day or week.
