Tip #1: Review your week’s schedule

January-2015-calendar A resolution to “lose weight” means nothing.  I set out to change my habits and see what happened; I ended up losing 125 lbs over 20 months. First, look at your schedule.  Do you have time to grocery shop?  Cook?  Walk?  Sleep?  What can you or will you have to eliminate in order to make time?  If you can’t make time, it’s unlikely you’ll be successful at losing weight :-( My top 2 suggestions for making time?  Cutting down on TV, and make family time active time.
