Time to get those bicycles ready!

I always loved bicycle riding.  I can’t ride a racer anymore, and can’t ride so long, because of my bad neck.  But I can go for a while with an upright bike with high handle bars.  As we age, and as we acquire limitations (some because of overweight), we have to make adjustments.  But we can still stay active and stay in the game!

One of my medical school professors told me of an apochryphal Russian medical aphorism:  “Move, or die!”  As Mrs. Obama urges us, “Let’s Move!”
