Forget about New Year’s resolutions. Now that the weather’s getting nice up north, it’s time to be active outdoors. Plan family trips to the park, hikes, etc.
It’s hard in the winter up north, but exercise (aerobic; resistance/strength training; flexibility) are ket ingredients of a weight loss program. But, even if you can’t afford a gym membership, mall-walking and in-home resistance training can be great, too.
