I saw you on Dr. Oz show today and was very inspired by your commitment. I was looking at your eating plan on the news letter and have 4 questions I hope you can answer for me. (1) the amount of oatmeal is that before or after it is cooked? (2). I notice no fruit was included. (3) No snack between meals? (4) How many hours do you eat between each meal? Thank you and wishing you continued success.
1. 2/3 cups uncooked oatmeal.
2. I add a little dried fruit (without added sugar).
3. Between meal snacks include almonds and fruit.
4. Typical: breakfast 700a; snack 10a; lunch 1130a; snack 230p; dinner 530p.
