STAND UP!

Once again, news about the dangers of sitting all day long.  Humans were designed to walk and stand; sitting is associated with diabetes, heart disease, and yes, DEATH!

…In the meantime, find comfort in your seat, but don’t sit still. Get up and move frequently.
