Sorry, ladies, but I disagree!

Self Magazine has a diet plan that’s like a game.  Different food every day… Pictures of women that have never struggled a day in their lives to lose weight.  Marketing!  Oh, well…

In reality, a huge part of my weight loss has been REGULARITY.  That means I have eaten the same breakfast 364 of the last 365 days.  Automatic!

PS:  I’m also more regular in other ways, given all my veggie intake.  I know, TMI!
