SHOULD I EAT THIS ON A REGULAR BASIS?

…And almost half of an entire recommended day’s salt intake (2400 mg)!  And more than that for those who have hypertension and/or are African American!
But the recommendation is much lower for people with high blood pressure, people over 40, and all African-American adults. These groups should be eating no more than two-thirds of a teaspoon of salt (about 1,500 milligrams of sodium) per day.
It might be cheap today, but you’ll pay for it in the long run….
