Walking along Hyde Park lakefront75 degrees and sunny on the Chicago lakefront yesterday!

I did my usual summer walk… Much better than the treadmill or elliptical!

I was only 3 min slower (60 min) than at the end of last summer… I believe measuring and keeping track are important.
