Protein is more satisfying that sugar

Another study shows that protein is more satisfying that sugar.  People in the study ate the same number of calories of protein (50 grams) or sugar 1 hr before a meal.

People who had the protein ate LESS 1 hr later than those who had sugar.

Eating sugar, drinking soda, and eating simple carbs set you up to be hungry and eat more!

I add protein powder to my oatmeal every morning for breakfast.  I eat breakfast every day.

Breakfast = 2/3 cups oatmeal; 2 scoops protein powder; 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder; 1 tablespoon cinnamon; my bowl and spoon; add hot water
