Primed to (over)shop?

I shop with a specific list in mind (at this point, I no longer write lists because I buy and eat the same thing all the time).  If not, you are at the mercy of brilliant marketers and advertisers.

Fast Company published an article about how when you walk in Whole Foods (pricey! = Whole Paycheck), you see lots of fresh flowers and produce which get you primed to buy.

But if you’re not careful, you’ll end up eating from the buffet, which I think you’ll agree looks full of fat.
