PREPARED AND PROCESSED FOODS?

Prepared and processed foods are generally bad! Even my airport and on-the-go staple meal (turkey sandwich, extra turkey, mustard, tomatoes + 2-3 apples) is filled with bad stuff. Most bread has added sugar (or worse, high-fructose corn syrup, which posions the pancreas), What’s called turkey is actually something very different (notice how the turkey sandwich never tastes like the Thanksgiving turkey?)

Turkey Breast, Turkey Broth, Potassium Lactate, Contains 2% or Less of Dextrose, Salt, Modified Food Starch, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Diacetate, Caramel Color, Flavorings.
