Off to the beach!

I’ve always loved the beach. My weight never kept me away from the beach, but when summertime rolled around, I would feel defeated – another year, and MORE pounds.

This year, I weigh less than last year this time, and that feels good.  I’m hardly perfect, but improved… Long-term focus is important to lose weight and keep it off. Ice cream may make you feel good in the short term, but not in the long term…

Can you visualize how you could look during summer 2011? Do you have old photos of yourself to put on the fridge to remind you of what once was (and can certainly be again!)
