My veggies

For lunch today:

1 lb broccoli, 1 TEAspoon olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried onion, non-salt seasoning, basil

15 min in microwave (I know some of you object! – it’s quick) in covered bowl, which keeps moisture in.

I’m not a vegetarian – I will also have 8 oz of sardines (no oil, no salt) and 1/4 cup brown rice

  1. I do microwave veggies, but I just don’t like microwaving all of my meals. So I only half protested before!
