My favorite fruit!

The new Weight Watchers PointsPlus system allows unlimited fruits and veggies.  I haven’t done Weight Watchers, but I totally agree with this aspect of their program.

I have long allowed myself unlimited amounts of my favorite fruit = cherries. I only eat unlimited amounts of the whole fruit; not dried (usually sweetened) or juice, etc.

Now, it’s cherry season in the southern hemisphere! Some people seek only to eat locally grown foods, but I can’t help but eat my cherries.

My other favorites are mango and pineapple. What’s yours?

  3. I like bananas and green apples, but especially cherries, blackberries, cranberries, and pomegranates. I like my fruit to bite back!
