Music to the rescue!

New research shows that music stimulates dopamine in the brain.  Many drugs, as well as foods high in fat/sugar/salt, seems to stimulate dopamine and produce pleasurable sensations (and, unfortunately, in some cases, addiction).

Music is an important part of my relaxation and stress reduction.  Better to listen to music than to eat mindlessly.
