Massages for back pain

People who are overweight are more likely to have back pain.  Surgery is probably overused these days for these problems.  Not surprisingly, a new study suggests that massage can help relieve symptoms of lower back pain!

This is one aspect of my time at Structure House – they recommended massage as a stress reducer to help combat stress-overeating.  Here are other benefits.  I generally try to have one a month.

Can’t afford a masseuse?  How about learning with your partner to give each other massages??
