Is this cereal healthy?

peace cereal Don’t believe the hype!  Ignore: “Peace,” the “Street Yoga,” the “Recycle”…  Just because it’s sold for a high price at Whole Foods doesn’t mean it’s healthy!

Instead, read the label (see below)!  The 3rd ingredient is “evaporated cane juice.”  What’s that?  SUGAR!  I believe that added sugar is a leading cause of obesity.  I don’t add sugar to any of my foods, and I try hard not to eat prepared foods, because they almost always have added sugar.

I do eat breakfast every day – oatmeal with protein powder, plus cinnamon and pure cocoa powder for taste.  Breakfast eaters weigh less!
