I don’t use artificial sweeteners

I don’t use artificial sweeteners. They may promote overeating. Beyond that, I don’t believe in eating “diet” foods. Lots of veggies and fiber, and avoiding unhealthy fats (generally avowing animal fats and certainly trans fats) are keys to healthy eating, allowing your body to change it’s “set point” (another concept I have problems with).

I drink water or unsweetened green tea.
