We’ll be blogging a little less frequently over the holidays. We’ll be back strong come Jan 1 with suggestions to get on a healthy path towards feeling and looking great.

May we suggest during this holiday season that you:
- Share active time with loved ones.
- Resist going into debt to buy material things. Go walking in the mall WITHOUT cash or credit cards if you live in the cold north
- Eat healthy foods before going to holiday parties
- Find a buddy to at least check in with, if not be active with.
- Enjoy kale, squash, and Swiss chard, among other super-healthy veggies.
- Get adequate sleep and try not to get stressed – set limits.
