Holiday schedule; 6 suggestions to make them healthy holidays

We’ll be blogging a little less frequently over the holidays.  We’ll be back strong come Jan 1 with suggestions to get on a healthy path towards feeling and looking great.

May we suggest during this holiday season that you:

  1. Share active time with loved ones.
  2. Resist going into debt to buy material things.  Go walking in the mall WITHOUT cash or credit cards if you live in the cold north
  3. Eat healthy foods before going to holiday parties
  4. Find a buddy to at least check in with, if not be active with.
  5. Enjoy kale, squash, and Swiss chard, among other super-healthy veggies.
  6. Get adequate sleep and try not to get stressed – set limits.
