A new study shows that people with pre-hypertension or stage I hypertension, dropped their blood pressure if they reduced their intake of soda and other sugar-sweetened beverages. That includes all kinds of sweetened ice tea, sweetened green tea, those with “real suga,” etc.

TIP: Substitute water; green tea; coffee for soda. Juice is probably as bad as soda – eat the fruit, instead!
