Another year! Time now that the holidays are over to focus on health wealth, happiness, … and weight. As I lost weight, I’ve had tremendous improvements in all of those.
In the new year, let’s invest some time and start to try some new healthy habits. NOT diet food. NOT quick weight loss plans. Rather, more activity, more sleep, less white carbs (bread, potatoes, rice), more colorful carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes),
and definitely, MANY more colored veggies.
Over the next month, we’ll post 20 tips that helped me lose 137 lbs. More importantly, by doing the same things now that did to lose weight, I’ve maintained that weight loss for 3 years now.
