Green tea vs. “green tea”

I drink unsweetened green tea. Click here to read about many health benefits of green tea.

However, I don’t drink the stuff picture above.  The additives likely undo any benefits from the green tea.  And at 200 cal!

  1. Thanks for the green tea tip. I have my shopping bag of green tea all ready to boil!

  2. Hello! No doubt you’ve probably already addressed this before…. but what issues have you experienced with loose skin?

  3. I do! Better loose than stretch marks, I say. But then I’m a man. I’ve occasionally considered plastic surgery, but despite (or because) I’m an anesthesiologist, I’ve decided not to do so.
