Green tea to the rescue

A new laboratory study confirms that:

… green tea has significant genoprotective effects and provide evidence for green tea as a ‘functional food’.

It appears that green tea protects DNA from damage.

I drink green tea every day.  It has antioxidants and also helps to reduce appetite. I try to stop around 5pm so that the caffeine doesn’t keep me from sleeping.
