Gotta read labels!

Multigrain Ciabatta sandwich rolls  at Walmart  says”Multigrain” and looks brown… that should be good, right?

But read the label – “wheat flour;” “light brown sugar;” “sugar.”

Wheat flour is quickly converted to sugar; the others are sugar; sugar probably promotes obesity (especially abdominal), hypertension, and bad blood lipids.
