I had some health problems that pushed me to lose weight. The biggest one for me, at 337 lbs, was sleep apnea. I was tired all the time. It got to the point where I considered stomach stapling and gastric bypass surgery.
But a seminal moment to change came at Christmas, 6 years ago: I was at lunch with family watching the ice skaters at Rockefeller Center in NYC. I broke the chair I was sitting in, fell to the floor, in front of a large crowd. It was then that I became fully motivated to change.
I decided to enrol at Structure House, where they focus on behavior modification for long-term weight loss success. I’m now at 205 lbs 🙂 Watch the video below to hear how Structure House got me started on my 130 lb+ weight loss journey!
