GIVE ME A BREAK!

A recent trip to the grocery store revealed some interesting and potentially misleading things:TACO BELL DIET?

Fast food diet?  7 lbs a week?  Are they joking?  Losing weight too fast is not healthy – you’ll lose all-important muscle, and when you stop starving yourself, you’ll probably gain all the weight back – and more!

I also believe these weekly weight loss goals on ‘Celebrity Fit Club’ are excessive, and the time frames too short, for effective, sustainable weight loss. Weight loss requires a sustained change in eating habits, not a 4-week special “diet,” and then back to the usual routine…
