Fresh vs. frozen

OK, fresh is nice; but more expensive. I eat 1/2 – 1 lb of green veggies at every lunch and dinner. In microwave in covered glass bowl, with basalmic vinegar, 1 TEAspoon olive oil, garlic POWDER (not salt), dried onion, Kirkland (Costco) no salt seasoning.
1lb frozen spinach = $1.43
1lb fresh spinach = $6.99!
