Foods to avoid: “Crispy”

Crispy means “fried,” often in unhealthy oils.

I recommend tripling your green veggie intake, but not if you can’t even see the green!   Likewise, even if it’s a Japanese restauarant, tempura veggies are NOT the best choice.
