Foods that reduce stress (from the Cleveland Clinic)

Nice video from the Cleveland Clinic on foods that reduce stress.
However, I would add a few comments/modifications:

  1. I would remove the skin from the turkey.
  2. I would not eat “candied” sweet potatoes, but rather have them made with cinnamon and perhaps some fruit.
  3. I would eat an orange rather than drink orange juice
