Foods I avoid: cheese

Yes, cheese!  I loved cheese!  I used to eat a pound at a time… or pizza… with extra cheese

When I went to Structure House weight loss center, they taught me that cheese was full of fat, and that from a fat perspective, I was better off eating a ribeye!

Adding cheese to food (burgers, nachos, salad …) is an inexpensive way for restaurants to add calories.  Don’t believe the hype!

Do I miss it?  Yes, sometimes (my mouth started watering looking for cheese images for this post).  Do I like having more energy, being off of high blood pressure meds, etc?  You bet!
