Obviously, exercise is important. I would say weight loss is 1/3 about exercise and 2/3 about food choices. Weight/resistance training, and aerobic exercise are both important. For me, the latter includes the treadmill,elliptical, or (in the summer), walking along the lakefront. Music helps keep me going!
