Exercise and happiness

I get on the treadmill and burn maybe 400 calories.  That helps, but I don’t think it’s the most crucial part of its contribution to weight loss.

Aerobic exercise improves mood and reduces depression and anxiety.  Better mood probably means better food choices and higher likelihood of staying “on point.”
