Of course, these steps actually work for men and women, young and old, though it’s probably easier for men and younger folks to lose weight, given hormonal status. BTW, don’t expect to look like the woman in the picture there! I lost 120 lbs, but still have loose skin that probably only surgery could ever address.

Eat in reverse.
He then gives a breakfast recipe that’s similar to mine in a number of ways. And he suggests eating it everyday for a week.
- Whey protein powder
- Skim = fat-free milk
- Pure cocoa powder
- Lots of cinnamon (1 tablespoon!)
- Dried cherries
