In August, I taped segments in my hometown (Chicago), and then on the set of the Doctor Oz Show in NYC. I was very pleased with how things came out.
I discussed how I ballooned to 337 lbs; the food changes I made to get on the path to sustainable weight loss (130 lbs lost and kept off for 5 years); and one key part of my stress reduction program – maintaining tight relationships with friends and family.
