Absolutely not! There’s no way I could have maintained eating like this for 2 years now if I was hungry all the time.
I eat foods with minimal additives. I eat 3 meals a day. Breakfast is oatmeal, protein powder, cinnamon (2 TABLE spoons!), a little dried fruit (without sugar) and skim milk.
For lunch and dinner, I eat fish/chicken/meat, well-seasoned and steamed, with lots of green vegetables and complex carbohydrates (sweet potatoes or brown rice). If I get hungry in between meals, I have, sometimes with plain fat-free yogurt (again with lots of cinnamon).
My food is dense in nutrients, but not dense in calories.
I don’t eat to relieve stress nearly as much as in the past. But when I do, I eat fruit (and drink green tea).
